Important information: completing this page is only the start of the first part of the application. The application also includes uploading documents and sending hard copies of official documents by post. Take the deadlines below into account to avoid disappointment:


1. Registration and upload of data and documents in Mobility Online should be completed before:

  • March 1 if you are a national from a country that is NOT a member state of the European Economic Area.
  • April 15 if you are a national from a country that is a member state of the European Economic Area.

2. The advance payment of 2000 euro (Linguapolis) should be completed before 15 April (more information you can find in the first infomation mail after submitting this application form)
3. Legalised/translated hard copies of degrees and transcripts should arrive by post at the Registrar's Office before:
  • May 31


Please note that the tuition fee for the Linguapolis language year will be 4270 euro for students with a nationality which belongs to a member state of the European Economic Area, and 5800 euro for students with a nationality which does not belong to a member state of the European Economic Area.
